If you withdraw after the 14-calendar-day period as per FotoTarocchi di Leandro‘s return policy, or if you purchase as a “professional,” we will refund the product price but not the shipping costs incurred.

You are also required to return the products by following the instructions available in our Returns Center without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. We will refund the price of the item for which withdrawal has been exercised and, where applicable, shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear due to handling that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may withhold an amount corresponding to their reduced value.
If you are returning an item in the “Electronics” category, remember to back up your data, remove all your personal data and content from the device before shipping it to protect your privacy. Please note that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. For greater security, if the value of the product to be returned exceeds EUR 75, we suggest sending the item with proof of receipt.
